Position Summary
Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury in an inpatient, outpatient, skilled, long-term care, and home health environment.
Community HealthCare System (CHCS) is seeking a Physical Therapist to work at our St. Marys location. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a wide spectrum of care settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled, long-term care, and home health. In addition, the successful applicant has the opportunity to work with patients from pediatric to geriatric.
