About the Role

Create the caseload you’ve always wanted — flexible, well-paid, and completely yours.

Coral Care is a therapist-first platform (not a staffing agency) that helps pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists build in-person caseloads in the communities they choose. You’ll work directly with families, set your own schedule, and maintain full clinical autonomy while Coral Care handles scheduling, billing, insurance, credentialing, and patient matching.

Whether you’re looking for a few clients or a full caseload, Coral Care makes it easy.

Compensation

  • $100-$115 per evaluation
  • $65-$75 per treatment session
  • $45 no show fee if patients no shows or cancel under 24 hours
  • Transparent, per-visit rates paid monthly
  • No insurance negotiation or rate uncertainty

Schedule & Flexibility

  • 100% in-person pediatric visits
  • Choose your service radius
  • Choose your hours
  • PRN, part-time, and full-time caseload opportunities
  • No required minimum caseload

Why SLPs Choose Coral Care

  • Zero administrative work ( Scheduling, billing, insurance, credentialing, marketing, and matching handled)
  • Fast patient matching — most clinicians matched within 1–2 weeks
  • No membership fees, subscriptions, or out-of-pocket costs
  • Full clinical autonomy and direct family relationships
  • Supportive pediatric-focused community and resources
  • Referral bonuses
  • $500 CEU reimbursement after 50 sessions (limited-time)

  • More autonomy and flexibility
  • Higher income potential

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric speech and language evaluations and treatment
  • Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with families
  • Deliver therapy in natural environments focused on functional outcomes
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain licensure and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Comfortable working independently in home and community settings
