Job Description

Our client, a luxury women's swimwear brand based in Colombia/Mexico, is looking for a Regional Retail Coordinator to join their Miami, FL team!

Role Overview

Drive the growth and profitability of the company’s two business units across the U.S., Colombia, and Mexico by optimizing sales operations, enhancing customer service, and implementing strategic commercial initiatives aligned with the brand’s vision. Serve as a key brand representative in the market, ensuring an exceptional client experience while achieving financial, operational, and brand-positioning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of company-owned stores, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards and achievement of sales and performance goals.

Franchisee Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with franchisees.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure consistency in visual merchandising, client service, and brand standards.

Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement commercial and operational plans aligned with KPIs and market growth objectives.
  • Monitor competitive trends and adapt strategies to maximize performance across channels.

Expansion & New Openings

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of store and pop-up openings, including site selection, staffing, and logistics.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Negotiate lease agreements, financial terms, and conditions with shopping centers and landlords.
  • Secure favorable terms that optimize profitability and minimize risk.

Client Engagement & Experiential Marketing

  • Support the design and execution of brand activations and client events across all channels.
  • Ensure initiatives reinforce brand positioning and enhance the customer journey.

Talent Management

  • Partner with the HR team to recruit, train, and lead retail and commercial staff across regions.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that reflects company values and drives high performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key business metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide strategic and operational decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of commercial and operational processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales growth per store and channel.
  • Achievement of profitability targets and budget goals.
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS or equivalent).
  • Excellence in visual merchandising and brand experience execution.
  • Operational efficiency (costs vs. revenues).

Key Relationships

  • Internal: Business Units, Finance, Logistics, People, CEO
  • External: Clients, franchisees, landlords, suppliers, commercial partners, regulatory bodies

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Postgraduate degree (MBA or Commercial Management) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years leading commercial or retail teams, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; strong command of KPIs and performance management.
  • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Core Competencies: Leadership, strategic vision, customer orientation, negotiation, assertive communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and results focus.
