East Central Florida Site Contractor based in New Smyrna Beach, FL is seeking high energy, self-motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a team of career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects.
Must be well-versed in earthwork and underground utility construction methodologies and procedures. Must have outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
· Monitors work and adheres to deadlines
· Prepare and submit monthly pay applications for projects
· Estimate and Submit proposals for changes to work
· Document Control including Submittals, RFI’s, current drawings, and as built drawings.
· Positive interface with our clients
· Proactive and prompt approach to issue resolution
· Contributes to project planning and scheduling process with Superintendent
· Manage materials (track releases, material on site, approve supplier invoices).
Experience with Software:
· Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Primavera P6 (Preferred)
· Bluebeam (Preferred)
· Planswift (Preferred)
Other Requirements
· Must have 3 years of site development or civil construction experience
· Must meet expectations for attendance
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be willing to travel from time to time
Work Environment
· Primarily an on premise office position with trips to project sites as needed.

The primary work area is Volusia and Flagler County. We perform work from Edgewater to Palm Coast and as far West as Sanford. The majority of our current projects are in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Deland. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
