Job Title : Travel Nurse/Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Telemetry

Location : Charlotte, NC

Pay: Days: $1,950 per week Nights: $2,125 per week

Shifts: 3x12-hour Night Shifts or 3x12s Days

What You’ll Be Doing as Travel Nurse:

• Evaluate and monitor patients' conditions, from symptoms to vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
• Maintain clear communication with physicians about patient progress or concerns.
• Develop and execute personalised care plans with the healthcare team.
• Document care thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about health conditions and recovery strategies.
• Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Travel Nurse:

• Active RN License.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• A minimum of 2+ years MedSurg/Telemetry experience.
