Overview
At BRICK, we are committed to running world-class schools that empower students to draw strength from their identity and become leaders in their community. We are also committed to creating an equitable school environment where each child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. As a result, we are hiring a Social Worker to lead our team’s efforts to identify barriers to student learning and to implement strategies to relentlessly knock down those barriers.
Our Social Worker will observe students, design research-based interventions to meet their unique needs, and support the school in implementing those interventions to support student growth and development. In addition, our Social Worker will also collaborate with our ecosystem partners to ensure that each student and family receives access to the comprehensive wraparound services they need to thrive.
