What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring top-tier execution
• Managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations with precision
• Overseeing project teams and subcontractors to drive successful delivery
• Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at every stage
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners and architects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with multi-family, higher education, or mixed-use projects is a plus
