Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic vision and global roadmap for the enterprise resource allocation platform, aligning innovation with measurable business value.
• Translate system-wide priorities into clear objectives for product development, maintaining executive support via governance forums.
• Lead Agile development teams and oversee product evolution from MVP to fully scaled global solution—ensuring usability, stability, and adoption.
• Guide modeling engine design and data governance, in collaboration with data science teams, to deliver optimized financial and marketing analytics.
• Manage change adoption across global markets, including training programs, stakeholder engagement, and rollout initiatives.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams encompassing product management, data strategy, change management, and community practice.

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing enterprise products.
• Proven ability to scale platform solutions in enterprise SaaS, tech, or analytics environments—especially using AI/ML-driven tools.
• Strong technical understanding and experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
• Track record in stakeholder engagement at senior levels and driving execution across matrixed, system-wide environments.
• Skilled in Agile delivery, product roadmap planning, change management, and driving product adoption at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field required; master’s or certifications (e.g. PMP, Prosci) preferred.
