Job Description

ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable company in Richmond, VA and is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s campus talent pipeline, ensuring an exceptional experience for every prospective new hire. This position supports the full lifecycle of campus recruiting, partnering closely with the Campus Recruiting team to deliver a seamless, high-quality process from initial outreach through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Interview and Candidate Coordination

Scheduling Expertise: Organize and manage complex interview schedules across multiple stages of the hiring process, including high-volume “Super Day” events.

Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive clear communication, detailed logistics, and preparation materials throughout the process.

Event Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of Super Days—venue setup, interviewer scheduling, and candidate travel and accommodations.

Team Support: Provide calendar management and general administrative assistance to Campus Recruiters.

Data and Process Management

Operational Support: Collect, organize, and track interview feedback; facilitate debrief sessions; and manage follow-up communications.

System Accuracy: Maintain and update candidate records within the iCIMS applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.

Event & Marketing Support

Recruiting Events: Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus and in-office recruiting events, including invitation management, travel coordination, and day-of logistics.

Campus Marketing: Help execute marketing initiatives by managing postings on Handshake, Workday, and LinkedIn, and by promoting opportunities across target schools.

Financial & Onboarding Assistance

Expense Management: Process and reconcile recruiter and candidate expenses promptly and accurately.

New Hire Integration: Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new Analyst and Associate hires.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and research tools.
