LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Office Manager to join a growing organization in Jacksonville, Florida. This individual will handle a broad range of responsibilities including Human Resources and light Accounting. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

• Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
• Location: Jacksonville, FL
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to administrative staff, including supervising their work and delegating tasks.
• Overseeing the office budget, reviewing expenses, and ensuring that departments function within financial limits.
• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new staff and organizing their training programs.
• Handles purchasing activities, manages inventory of office supplies, and maintains relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership and office management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• QuickBooks experience preferred
