Job Title: Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Job Type: 12-Month Contract (100% Onsite)

Shift: B-Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Hours: 40 hours/week

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our team at our King of Prussia, PA facility. This is a full-time, onsite role on the B-Shift (2PM–10PM) . The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or machine operation experience and be committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and for John Middleton Company
• Completion and medical clearance for:
• OSHA Respirator Exam (via Concentra)
• Mobile Equipment Operator Exam (via Concentra)
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or operator experience, or relevant military experience
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and process products to meet quality and production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety
• Review and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Monitor equipment and products to detect and resolve any issues
• Assist teammates in maintaining operational standards
• Train and qualify on all Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
• Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems
• Perform data entry and documentation tasks using computers or paper
• Use, clean, and maintain machines and equipment as needed
• Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing, standing for extended periods
• Work in non-climate-controlled environments, including hot, cold, dusty, or dirty conditions
