Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role located in Bethesda, MD. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking a variety of dishes, and ensuring high-quality food presentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. The Line Cook will contribute to creating memorable culinary experiences for catering clients, and must be prepared to support diverse and fast-paced service demands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cooking techniques, ingredient preparation, and food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation protocols, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Strong teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time efficiently
• Benefits from a passion for culinary arts and attention to detail
• Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
• Culinary training or certification is a plus

Pay Starts at $20/hr
