Lead Quality Assurance Inspector - $23-$28/hr DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Inspector for our machining client to start immediately at $23-$28/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure FAI, in process, and final inspections meet internal and external specs.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
• Document nonconformities and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Help prepare for and participate in audits-including calibration (internal, customer, third party).
• Lead daily inspection activities on the production floor; coordinate a team of inspectors.
• Help maintain inspection procedures, calibration procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
• Train and mentor QC and production to uphold quality standards and best practices.

Location: Bridgeview, IL

Schedule/Shift Details: 2nd shift (4:30PM-3AM) Monday-Thursday with some Saturdays, as needed! TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in manufacturing quality inspection, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, height gauges, etc.).
• Working knowledge of blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience with First Article Inspection (FAI), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action (CAPA) processes.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices).
