• Start Date: 10/27/25
• Contract Duration: 5-month (potential contract to hire)
• Worksite Location: Madison, WI (must be within 50 miles) | Remote
• Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour W2
• Work Schedule - must be available to work any shift during the following hours: M-F: 8:00am-9:00pm CST
• Training Schedule: First 4-6 weeks from 8:00am-4:30pm
• Note: Computer/Equipment will be provided, computer must be hardwired connected by an ethernet cable. Internet Speed Test Requirements will be requested.

What you'll do as the Health Plan Specialist:

• Assist members with questions about billing, benefits, enrollment and claim inquiries, average of 50-75 calls per day
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy and always act with the customer in mind
• Represent to the customer in a professional manner
• Maintain and restore customer relationships
• Work efficiently by utilizing online tools and resources
• Resolve customer issues with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow-up to maintain customer trust and satisfaction
• Provide end-to-end resolution of all issues by maintaining ownership and retaining all documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely resolution

What you'll bring to the Health Plan Specialist role:

• High school diploma or 4+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of prior call center experience
• Proficiency in using multi-screen workstations, using multiple applications simultaneously, Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent prior attendance history
• Flexibility with schedule and working occasional weekend hours
• Critical-thinking skills, and a keen ability to show empathy, problem solve, and explain complex situations
• Must be able to adhere to attendance requirements for training and scheduled shifts
• Strong focus on the member experience and a clear understanding of the company's mission
