Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for building luxury custom homes ? This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-end residential builder delivering some of the most prestigious projects in Palm Beach County.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee ground-up luxury residences from start to finish, ensuring impeccable quality, tight scheduling, and an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multi-million-dollar custom homes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedule and budget.
• Conduct daily site walks, enforce safety standards, and ensure clean job sites.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and owners to deliver a flawless finished product.
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress reporting, and punch list tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with luxury or high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up residential construction and high-quality finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
