This opportunity is with a nationally respected construction management firm known for delivering mission-critical projects across the U.S. and internationally. • Work closely with on-site Superintendents to coordinate daily field operations, safety, and schedule performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage Prime Contract administration including procurement, subcontract buyout, cost control, and change management
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders

  • On-site leadership role throughout the construction lifecycle

What They’re Looking For

  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and interface directly with clients
  • Comfort overseeing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software
