L.A Scapes, LLC has an immediate opening for a Commercial Landscape & Irrigation Foreman.
You will be responsible for managing irrigation and landscape install projects on site. You will need to plan your job ensure that you look ahead and order materials per plan so that crew stays productive. Ensure that crew leaders follow blueprints and that all installs are done per plan. You will need to know landscape install procedure and how to and understand irrigation install as well. Quality is one of our main priorities and MUST BE UPHELD. You will be responsible to ensure that this is enforced in the field along with other company policies and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Superintendent.
Always represent the company’s best interest and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Follow blueprints and specifications so that each project installation is done as needed.
Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Manage crews and ensure that the work being done meets spec and that quality of work is being done.
Paperwork from preparing material list from blueprints to daily timesheets, vehicle & equipment inspection forms, warranty inspections etc.
Requirements
MIN 4-year commercial landscape and irrigation experience / residential experience will not qualify.
MUST have a valid driver's license and clean DMV.
Clean background as some projects will require fingerprinting to ensure no felonies are on record.

This is a demanding position that will need someone that is fast on their feet, can handle high pressure situations and just be a go getter!!
You will average around 55-60 hours a week and this includes Saturday work.
