Job Description

Calibration Lab Manager Location San Diego, CA (University City area) :

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of calibration or troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and A2LA 17025 requirements
Bachelor's Degree in electronic or engineering discipline preferred
Strong knowledge in electronic and calibration standards
Experience with software systems such as MET/TEAM, MUDCATS and other software

Responsibilities:

Leads, directs, maintains, and delegates the workflow of the calibration lab activities
Ability to hold team accountable
Works with the Management Team with regards to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System
Sets up standards and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, and calibrate test equipment and other instruments
Interacts with external and internal customers to resolve issues related to products
Assists technicians in testing, calibration, repair and evaluation of test equipment
Manages and maintains lab inventory related issues
Develops formulas and solves problems in measurement and calibration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
