Job Title: Business Analyst (JotForm, Power Automate, Excel, Power BI Gap Analysis & SDLC)

Location : Austin, TX (Remote -Candidates must already reside in Texas)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Strong knowledge of BABOK Guide principles, including requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation
• Expertise in gap analysis methodologies (current state vs. future state)
• Solid understanding of process analysis, systems analysis, and system design
• Knowledge of computer systems and management information systems, including capabilities and limitations
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven ability to define functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, and related deliverables
• Experience translating policies and regulations into clear system requirements
• Advanced skills in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, document analysis, observation, and surveys
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, including consensus building and cross-functional teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and work effectively under pressure
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI reporting and dashboard development
• Experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate workflows and automation
• Familiarity with Jotform-based form design and workflow configuration
• Background supporting regulatory, compliance, or government-based systems
• Experience working with reporting, data transformation, and data quality rules

• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation for a Jotform-based Solicitation Review System, covering current-state and future-state processes
• Document existing workflows, data fields, system integrations, user roles, notifications, and automated actions
• Define future-state functional requirements, including workflow logic, form validation, email triggers, PDF generation, and data capture requirements
• Create and maintain a requirements traceability matrix linking business needs, requirements, and test cases
• Define detailed reporting requirements , including KPIs, filters, drill-downs, data mappings, and data quality rules
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and future requirements, identifying workflow, data, reporting, and process gaps
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations for system enhancements, workflow improvements, and risk mitigation
• Maintain a version-controlled requirements change log with documented stakeholder approvals
• Produce weekly collaboration artifacts, including meeting notes, action items, and clarifications
• Support system implementation through close collaboration with the Senior Systems Advisor and stakeholders
• Develop user manuals for all system roles
• Create testing assets, including master test plans, test cases, scripts, and execution summaries
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate alignment between requirements and delivered functionality
• Deliver concise weekly status reports covering progress, upcoming work, issues, and risks
