Role Summary:
As a Brand Manager at Mallard, you’ll be the strategic and operational heartbeat for a portfolio of client relationships. This isn’t just a client service role. It’s a dynamic blend of part strategist, part project manager, and part trusted advisor. You’ll serve as the key liaison between our internal team and our clients, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence, clarity, and creative impact.
From leading discovery meetings and shaping briefs to overseeing campaign rollouts, you’ll help bring brands to life and keep them moving forward. You’ll work across disciplines including branding, social, video, digital, and more, ensuring every deliverable hits the mark and drives measurable value for the client. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a confident leader, and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
