About the Role (W2 Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires strong experience in Accounts Payable and payment processing , along with the ability to manage and navigate multiple internal systems with ease. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Manage Accounts Payable tasks and ensure timely payment processing
• Navigate and utilize multiple financial and data systems, including Oracle
• Maintain documentation and digital files using Microsoft OneDrive and Adobe
• Communicate professionally via Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Generate and update spreadsheets in Excel for reporting and tracking
• Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary
• Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, billing, or payment processing
• Proficiency with Oracle and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel , and Adobe
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal handholding
• Strong communication and organizational skills
