Trial Attorney – Litigation Team Location: San Antonio, TX

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, progressive law firm recognized as a leader in Business and Estate Planning in Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic litigation team that values authenticity, collaboration, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from start to finish
• Oversee case logistics, deadlines, and communications with courts and opposing counsel
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related legal documents
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management
• Candidates with an existing book of business will receive priority consideration

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6+ years of litigation experience in a boutique or large law firm
• Trial experience required; federal court experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
