Job Description

About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a company in Tualatin on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming payments, posting receipts, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. If you enjoy working with numbers, problem-solving, and ensuring accuracy in financial records, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post daily customer payments (checks, ACH, credit card) to accounts

  • Prepare and send invoices and account statements

  • Monitor aging reports and assist with collections follow-up

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and internal departments

  • Maintain accurate AR records and documentation

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills for working with customers and internal teams

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday

  • Temporary assignment (with potential for extension or permanent placement)
