Job Title: Accounts Payable

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Hours: Monday – Friday, onsite, 9-5pm

Compensation: $23-25 per hour

LHH is partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization in Vancouver, Washington to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is essential to the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and supporting the organization’s mission through strong financial stewardship. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare and execute check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
